Summary
Advanced Hearing Providers (“AHP”) coordinates hearing healthcare services for employees with workers’ compensation claims. We connect patients with our nationwide network of qualified hearing healthcare providers on behalf of our clients; the payers and third-party administrators of workers’ compensation claims.
We are seeking hard-working, self-motivated candidates with a positive attitude who like the idea of being involved in the process of helping people hear better. The position of Claims Specialist (“CS”) plays a critical role in the operation of the organization. The main function of an AHP CS is coordinating authorized hearing healthcare for covered employees.
AHP staff work as a TEAM – this is crucial! We expect team members to build trust and respect for each other by producing consistent results and going above and beyond, especially to help each other. Even though each CS will be working on their own assigned cases, interaction with other team members, clients, providers, and patients will occur often.
Territory: Midwest
The Account Manager is responsible for the growth and development of their portfolio of hearing care practices by working with existing accounts and by selling CQ Partners services throughout the assigned territory within the region to new, prospective accounts.
The Account Manager will drive organizational development and revenue growth to our customers which will result in both improved performance and profitability for each practice. This role helps drive revenue to CQ Partners within the assigned territory through hearing aid sales, new customer acquisition, customer retention, and increase of same-store growth and market share.

Your Hearing Network seeks to hire a Director of Provider Relations & Contracting who will be a key member of the executive team. This position actively participates in the oversight of the provider relations and contracting for hearing health care. The Director provides oversight for development of strategies and processes, direction of staff, and execution of all provider relations and contracting tasks within the scope of the operations unit. Key areas of responsibility include provider relations, network management, and contracting services associated with provider contracting negotiations, preparation of contract review with legal and deployment of key contracting elements, and key performance indicators associated with contract guidelines. The mission of the Director, Provider Relations& Contracting is to successfully build, manage, and grow network size and adequacy; network satisfaction; member satisfaction; members being served; member engagement targets; and outcomes targets.

The role of the Technical Support Audiologist is to provide audiological support to hearing care professionals related to our hearing aid technology. Audiologists are the technical service and educational professionals of our organization. Sharing information on hearing instruments, fine-tuning fitting adjustments, and assisting with software issues are primary daily activities within the team. The overall goal of the Audiology Technical Support team is to provide world-class service and support in all interactions to promote business growth and development.
