e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Sales Admin Team Lead who will be the main resource as a temporary fill-in for all regional sales offices that are in transition of hiring a new administrator or while an administer is on vacation/leave. Duties include order entry, producing service quotes, scheduling service appointments, reviewing billing and collection of invoices. First contact with customers will be frequent and showing a high regard for service and growing business relationships is required. In addition to the administrative assignments, this role will assist with training new hires, including system training on CRM and Navision systems.
This position will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will functionally take direction from Regional Sales Managers. Frequent Travel to branch offices will be required up to 40% of the time with overnight stays.

The primary responsibility of this position is to grow e3’s revenue in the Industrial and Occupational Health market segments of an assigned US geographical territory which overlaps multiple existing regional territories. The Industrial Sales Specialist will be responsible to work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to create and implement plans for maximizing e3 sales growth in this market segment; and responsible for revenues consisting of equipment sales, calibration and repair services, sound booths, supplies, customer educational services, etc. This position will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders sharing information and creating winning strategies to grow the business.

e3 Diagnostics is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work in the Arlington Heights, IL office.
The successful Accounts Receivable Specialist candidate will:
- Apply cash receipts, investigate payments that can’t be applied due to missing remittance, incorrect invoices on remittance, etc.,
- Understand how to credit and rebill customers for over-payments, missing PO#’s, and other reasons.
- Become expert in our OneDiagnostic computer system (Navision) while responding to customers and field sales teams.
- Provide excellent customer service with face-to-face, verbal, and written communication while working in a collaborative and team environment.

The successful candidate for this regional sales manager position will be a Licensed Audiologist or Dispenser preferred, with at least 5 years of practice in a clinical/dispensing setting or experienced sales professional with hearing industry or medical supplies experience desirable. Experience leading a team development experience, P&L responsibility.
