The successful candidate for the Regional Sales Manager position will be an experienced sales leader with demonstrated history of developing and managing employees, providing exemplary customer service, and driving business objectives and goals of a designated region. The ideal candidate will reside near Broward County and is responsible for providing service to e3 customers in the South Florida region. This e3 Sales and Service Technician is the equipment expert that our customers rely on for all their audiological instrumentation needs: new equipment solutions, technical repairs, and NASED-certified calibration.
The Sales and Service Technician salary starts between $45K - $55K based on experience and after the first year will qualify for quarterly commission. This role also will be eligible for a company vehicle.

The primary responsibility of the Occupational Health Specialist is to grow e3’s revenue in the Industrial and Occupational Health market segments of an assigned US geographical territory which overlaps multiple existing regional territories. This position will be responsible to work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to create and implement plans for maximizing e3 sales growth in this market segment; and responsible for revenues consisting of equipment sales, calibration and repair services, sound booths, supplies, customer educational services, etc. This position will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders sharing information and creating winning strategies to grow the business. Seeking candidates located near a major aiport in the Southern US; up to 50% regional travel.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service while supporting e3 Sales and Service colleagues. Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work with 1-2 additional Sound Booth Laborers within the Northeast Region geography.
